Subscut is an AI-powered caption generation tool for social media reels. Our service allows you to upload videos, generate captions using artificial intelligence, and apply AI-suggested enhancements such as transitions and b-roll overlays.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to Subscut. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our caption generation and enhancement services. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You agree that you will not upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Subscut require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. AI-Generated Content

Captions and enhancement suggestions are generated using AI technology (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or sharing it.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Subscut service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Subscut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
